Portrait of a Leo

Tools Used: Pen & Ink, Sumi Ink, Stickers

Full ink drawing on a 2' x 3' canvas. Astrology-themed; the stars were created by applying star-shaped stickers to the canvas, and painting the lion's mane over them with sumi ink. Once dry, the stickers were removed. If you look carefully, you can find the Leo constellation hidden in the drawing.

Dad Feels Album Cover

Tools Used: Adobe Photoshop, Cintiq 13HD

Dad is hard to explain, but easy to love. He's a character portrayed by actor Nathan Barnatt, with goals of becoming an internet pop sensation with his groovy songs and dad moves. I created a fan cover for his first completed album, showing the duality (really a triunal, but I'm keeping it simple!) between Dad's persona as a troubled father (right) and his mysterious past as a possibly kidnapped spaceman (left). Like I said, hard to explain!

Buds Ink Sketch

To commemorate the release of one of my favorite underdog fighting games, Pokkén Tournament for Nintendo Switch, I sketched a composition of my favorite veteran character and my favorite newcomer.
